NYLD Tubular Eletromagnetic Flowmeter
The NYLD tubular electromagnetic flowmeter is a flowmeter with high
accuracy and high reliability.It is used to measure the volumetric
flow of conductive liquid and slurry in closed pipelines, and it is
widely used in steel, electricity, petroleum, chemical industry,
coal, metallurgy, mineral resources, paper making, water supply and
drainage, food, medicine and other industries.

The measurement principle is based on Faraday's law of
electromagnetic induction.That is, when the conductive liquid moves
in the magnetic field, the induced electric dynamic potential
occurs in the conductor. E is: E=KBVD
K: Instrument constant
B: Magnetic induction strength
V: Meverage flow rate in the pipe section
D: inner diameter of the pipe
For flow measurements, the fluid flows through a magnetic field
perpendicular to the flow direction.The flow of a conductive liquid
induces a voltage signal proportional to the average flow rate (i.
e., the volume flow rate).The induction voltage signal is detected
by two electrodes in direct contact with the liquid, and
transmitted to the amplifier by cable, and then converted into a
uniform current output signal.

◎The measurement accuracy is not affected by changes in the fluid
density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and electrical
conductivity.
